. Provided engineering support for Paintline, Upholstery, and Foam Seating
production departments. Supported 45 associates in daily production
issues, prototyping new products and making engineering changes to
correct or modify existing products.
. Experienced with coating equipment specifications, paint selection and
metal parts cleaning and chemical selection used for powder coating.
. Experienced with fabrication in brazing, machining, electronics and
surface finishing (chrome plating and powder coating).

and fabrication department to guide Associates in producing quality parts

consisted of new assembly processes, new company procedures and
compliance to new policies. Associate training was done on a one-to-one

Auto Insertion Programmer / Operator, Electronics Department (1996 to
1998)
. Programmed individual circuit boards and operated through-hole pick
and place machines. One unit was used to insert axial components and
other was used to insert Integrated Circuits.
. Assembled circuit boards manually with electronic components that were
outside of pick and place equipment's abilities. Used hand soldering
techniques in this assembly process.
Chemical Maintenance Technician- Paintline (1992 to 1996)
. Researched and completed forms for Invacare's' compliance with Local,
State and Federal compliance for waste water and air discharges.
. Wrote technical documentation for company compliance with government
agencies (i.e. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for Cleveland
Street facility).
