developing and implementing a new hourly payroll system required to

transition employees from Visteon to ACH, which included the

development of hourly processing procedures, payments to agencies,

accounting, 401K Savings processes, and pension funding.

. Implemented a variety of cost savings that have saved an average of $3

million annually since 2006.

. Responsible for 62% of all purchases, which amounted annually to $70-

200 million from 2006-2012.

. Directed the sale of all corporate Assets - ensured that ACH was

maximizing revenue when we sold an asset by establishing pricing and

Sales Agreements with most cost competitive vendors.

The intent of ACH was to sell or close all of their 22 plants in North

America, and with that divestiture the company continued to reduce in

Lead buyer for $130 million worldwide inventory of cutting tools,

special tools, hand tool, power tools, abrasives, construction materials,

chemicals, hydrocarbons, gases and electrical components.

Negotiated 6-9% in annual cost savings in the contracts of all Commodity

Management Suppliers.

Cost savings champion for Non Production Purchasing, directly work with all

suppliers and plants to identify, test, and implement cost savings based on

high volume spends.

Launched $18 million Commodity Management Supply Program for Special Tools,

while overseeing 10 Commodity Management Suppliers.

Responsible for establishing a carbide and high-speed steel reclaim program

whereby all tooling was issued on a "one for one" exchange out of General

Directed plant launch of all new forward model programs for the

Windshield Wiper Motors.

. Worked closely with external supply base and internal engineering and

manufacturing departments to ensure proper inventory balance-outs and

production lines of the Windshield Wiper line needed to support Ford's
