Ensuring proper document management of all files related to agreement, statutory and other matters

Assist to generate MIS reports and Admin budgets

Liasioning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office.

Maintain a flawless communication with the employees; ensure timely resolution of employee grievances and harmonious working

environment at all levels.

Employee welfare & safety activities

Looking after Guest House & Company’s own Cab.

To establish the Asset Management guidelines for effective monitoring of company’s Assets

To execute Service Level Agreements and Annual Maintenance Contracts for the facility assets

To Maintain Asset Database and Coordinate internal as well as statutory Audits

Managing EPABX and telecommunication system

To Implement Cost Management techniques in optimizing the cost
