• Created test environments and executed the steps to upgrade to Teamcenter 8.3

Setting up of two Teamcenter Environments which are replica of production environment
Responsibilities:
• Set up of Teamcenter Environments which will be replica of production, these environments will
be used for testing purpose for all the deployments that go to production

Multisite configuration between the sites at Honeywell
Responsibilities:
• Creation of test environments and configure Multisite Setup between them and create a document
to implement the steps in production
• Configuration of Multisite between the production environments and resolved the all the issues
faced by the users and treated as SME for Multisite Issues.

BCTAClass setup in Test Environments (INT and QA) and in Production environments.

• Understanding the setup of BCTAClass and configure it to test environments, once everything is
tested by SME’s and confirmed its working, configured it in Production

Xtreme server setup for ECAD Applications like PBDesigner, DXDesigner

• Setting up of Xtreme server for Indian users which enables the collaborative working between the
ECAD users for ECAD Applications

Server and Client side customizations and Teamcenter Configurations
• Client side Customization to create a menu Item under “View” menu that generates Signoff
Report for the selected Item Revision
• Transfer mode modification to create a new property set to extract required attributes
• Report Generation to a text file in required format using the summary report in Report Builder,
this report make uses of Query Builder, PLMXML Export Import Administration for Property set
and Closure Rule and XSL to parse the PLMXML file and creates the report in a text file in a
required format
• Modification of Display rules to hide Item Types for a specific group logins
• Server side Customization to create a new handler that generates a signoff report and attaches the
report as an HTML dataset at the end of a workflow
• ITK Utility to copy specific folders to a list of User’s Home Folder
• BMIDE Configurations that involves creation of new Item Types, Properties, LOV’s, Conditions,
Status, Tools, GRMRules, Deep Copy Rules and Naming Rules
• Report Generation to a text file in required format using ITK Customization, this requires custom
query creation and BMIDE configuration for creation of new LOV’s, attributes. Created 6
different custom utilities to extract the information of Part and its revisions and extract the
information of BOMLine attributes.
• Teamcenter Upgrade from Teamcenter8 to Teamcenter10
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling of Teamcenter Application and CAD related issues which requires deep support
• SME for the Multisite issues
• Deployment of Honeywell customizations every week/month to the production servers
• Executing Regression Testing of test cases for each deployment before it goes to production in
test environments
