Identified opportunity, researched options, and cost savings program for lease vs. allowance fleet
design. Program adopted company-wide and delivered over 1.2MM in savings in 2007.
Executive Administrative Assistant/ Fleet Manager at Field Container Company
North American based container company with $40M in sales, 1,800 employees and 11 factory/ mill sites.
Reported directly to CFO, accountable for all administrative support elements for the financial staff and a
supporting role to the VP of HR. Overseeing manager for the company’s fleet vehicle program.
Responsibilities include maintenance of directories and records for 11 field locations, the review and first
edit of all new leases and contracts prior to CFO review, and review support for both the CEO and COO.
Developed a standardized handbook for all company vehicles, implemented company-wide. The
program allowed enforcement of uniform policies and procedures for all drivers, provided critical
data, contacts and vehicle breakdown information plus routine control data including maintenance
and gasoline card information
As project lead, managed office remodeling for 62 office spaces including ergonomic design and
invoice accounting and approval.
