Lead, coordinate and supervise the asphalt & CTB coring, soil drilling and field tests in the airport runway (Turks &
Caicos, Providenciales) to perform a Forensic Investigation.

Supervise Quality Control Laboratory Technicians, this includes but is not limited to, training, coaching and mentoring.
Maintain open communication with sales, production and operations when laboratory results will affect the normal
process flow and timing.
Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, cost effective ness, methodology, and/or safety within the laboratory
environment. Involvement in cross-functional improvement teams as needed.

During this period of time I was responsible for performing routine tests as required on raw materials in process
components and final product. The position requires performing a wide variety of Quality Control functions including, but
not limited to, the following:
Perform or supervise daily plastic concrete tests and compressive strength testing of hardened concrete
specimens following the ASTM standards.
Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products.
Perform grading test to the coarse and fine aggregates.
Maintain clear and precise record keeping according to specifications of the projects.
Assist when necessary with strip, setup, and pouring of products.
Stenciling and marking of all products.
Provide coaching and support to the drivers to prevent any situation related to the quality of the concrete
