Objective
2
Experienced hospital executive board member, consultant, and acute health care director, specializing in
organization and management of numerous industry functions in hospital operations, nursing management,
physician relations, regulatory and accreditation management, quality improvement management,
utilization/case management, and administration seeking a position that will cooperatively enhance performance
mobility and experiential growth of this position, this individual and this organization.
Position Consideration Statement
I believe I have a lot to offer to this position and the organization due to my vast knowledge of hospital functions and
operations. I have over twenty-eight years of experience in nursing, hospital administration, governing board experience,
regulatory and legal functions and documented successes outlined in this resume. The other key point I want to share
with you that may not stand out in today's market is that I am intensely loyal to an organization that I have a shared
vision. Coming from primarily a small rural hospital background with limited to non-existent resources, I am extremely
creative in managing projects and getting the job done on time, in budget, and with other forms of added-value. I pride
myself on being creative and thinking out of my nine dots...where others see controversy, I see opportunity – where
others complain of roadblocks, I seek paths to the other side.
