Plant Environmental Safety Health Manager and Rack and Pinion Center Quality Assurance Manager
Hired to manage the plant’s ES&H program in compliance with company policies & government regulations and to also
manage the site’s ISO9001:2008 Quality Assurance program for the new (CRPC) Crossridge Rack and Pinion Center for a
$300 million global manufacturing company.
Key Results:
ES&H leading indicators such as inspections, training and audits have identified ES&H
savings & improvement opportunities in excess of $100K. Involvement of employees in
developing JSAs, resolving unacceptable behavioral issues through constructive and
corrective feedback has increased hazard awareness and self accountability throughout
the facility. Empowering employees to have the courage to speak up when they see a
safety hazard has led to zero workers compensation claims for the past 6 years which
allowed critical revenue to be channeled towards key capital expenditures
