cost was immediate with other indirect gains such higher yield of animals produced and
quality due to a better climate control as well as lower consumption of medicine.

LEADERSHIP In all projects that I have supervised, especially in remote places where the differences of
culture are evident, I was always able to maintain all datelines in time since I was always able
to have a close relation with the workers, but never allow the differences play any roll in
accomplishing what is asked of each individual. Datelines and project budgets are essential
