The Cost Reduction and Control Strategies which are followed by the company

are observed.

Findings: The company had its Break-even in five years of its commencement

and the costs in various departments have come down because of following

strategies.

Recommendations: The company can employ Underwriters and Actuaries for

designing their products. It can also develop a good claims management.

Co-curricular activities

1) Won FIRST place in an event conducted by the Operations samathi of IPE in

2013.

2) Won FIRST place in Business quiz competitions at degree level in 2012.

3) Was a part of organizing team of the national level management fest at

IPE called Sanskriti in 2014 and 2015.
