Business Systems Analyst - PCI Compliance Project

This project will bring AXA US into compliance with Payment Card Industry

standards which will seek to identify any updates that need to be made to

improve client credit card security. The project will focus on three

specific work streams that handle credit card transactions currently for

AXA-US. This project will identify the optimum solutions for securing and

protecting new client payment card data. Additionally, the PCI compliance

project will review existing policy data and clean up any existing data

currently on file to reduce the risk of data exposure. The final objective

of this project will be to update any procedures related to work stream and

process changes made through this project. My other responsibilities

My major role as a Systems Analyst and data migration lead at AXA included

upgrading the AS/400 servers from the IBM unsupported V5R1 version to

latest V7R1 servers. This included the migration of 3 application related

severs. The migration involved, POC, the application setup, migration

itself, vendor package installation, job scheduling, defect fixing, profile

security setup, testing, UAT support and cutover for 3 Production, 3

Integration, 2 Development and creation of 3 DR servers. My other

responsibilities included:

. Perform Requirement gathering and analysis of the existing system to

identify the daily routines, jobs scheduled, Business Activities, List of

vendor software's, Back-up process, printers, folders, interfacing

systems and prepare timelines for each activity completion.

. Serving as a liaison between the Customer and offshore migration team.

. Responsible for gathering business requirements and preparing FSDs,

communicate with development, QA.

progress and timelines.

LSP & GLP. The scope of the applications is to manage the policy base for

USFL. Execute contractual provisions for all customers with MONY

International financial protection, universal life, variable universal life

and variable annuities. This includes financial transactions, Title

(ownership/beneficiary) changes, billing and collection of premiums and
