I founded this Counseling/Coaching practice in 2004 to provide holistic
healthcare for Caregivers in Hospital systems. My work has stretched out
to serve military personnel with post traumatic stress disorder, college
students, young professionals, Church Staff members and Clergy.

As the first ever hired Chaplain at CVG International Airport I helped
develop a ministry to care for the 8,000 employees and the millions of
passengers flying through this Airport by providing spiritual care and
counseling in a stress charged, culturally diverse, interfaith setting. I
developed training and development skills for 24 volunteers in this
ministry.

Called to Pastor a failing Church whose Pastor died suddenly, I developed
an outreach program and a "re-visioning process" which increased Church
attendance, more than doubled monthly income and generated a monthly
mission project which stirred forth new life and purpose for this Church
family.

Senior Pastor: Taking the reigns of a split-Church, we recovered our lost
members and budget in less than two years. Offering a strong emphasis on
missions, we were able to build a Church in Myanmar, and a Mission
Partnership in Eastern Kentucky. We built a conference center and
developed a Community Outreach Team, purchased a bus and started a ministry
of transportation in our community.
