Originally contracted as the Lead Engineer for the $50M Podium Structural Steel component; quickly promoted
to Senior Engineer of the $1B East Hotel Tower and most currently as Assistant Project Manager and Senior
Engineer for the $120M Recreation Deck. Led six engineering staff members in managing design revisions,
change order directives, submittals, RFIs, and material sourcing to ensure each phase of the project was
completed on time. Created and monitored project budgets, schedules, and executive summaries to facilitate
efficient job tracking. Quickly identified and resolved engineering conflicts and constructability issues to avoid
project, budget, or scheduling conflicts.
• TRUMP INTERNATIONAL HOTEL AND TOWER - LEAD ENGINEER – (2005 – 2006)
Promoted to coordinate submittals, RFIs, change order directives, and material procurement for the podium
structure as part of this $400M hotel project. Worked closely with key stakeholders and various field staff to
