different performance (gain, VSWR, bandwidth, radiation pattern,

omnitrace, protocol analyzer trace (K-12/K-15) base on the problem and

analyze the traces to find out the problem.

. Check the RMS/cluster status, mirror status of different type HW disks

(Fujitsu/SUN) and enable/disable mirror if necessary.

. Backup & Restore network administration (tape cleaning, labeling, pool

management using legato network administration).

. Perform HW troubleshooting of different high availability servers of

Fujitsu, Sun/Oracle, HP and coordinate with 3rd party vendor

(Oracle/Fujitsu/HP) for any HW related issues and follow up until the

issue is resolved.

. Prepare different types of technical documents for customer and

internal use, make root cause analysis (RCA) report after each

emergency, schedule and lead regular meeting with customer and

regional project team and maintain the service level agreement (SLA)

for open tickets.

. Provide 2nd level technical support for NSN voucher management system
