both FORD Louisville Assembly Plants to the dealerships.

. Direct interaction with FORD management and UPS 3PL Logistics team at

both plants. Terminal was located directly on plant site.

. Managed monthly KPL's for the terminal. Managed both finished vehicles

and warehouse inventories Through FIFO.

. Negotiated rates with new carriers for backhauls, special moves, etc.

. Performed weekly audits to ensure all quality standards and safety

compliance were being followed.

. Worked closely with the union (Local 89) Negotiated contract disputes

at Local Grievance Hearings.

. Worked as a direct liaison with the customer and dealerships to ensure

vehicles were shipped in a timely fashion to ensure customer service

was at a high level.

Accomplishments:

. Maximized load capacity with different weights, and sizes of vehicles,

with different test loads. Added to bottom-line profit on each load.

. Increased load distance for both front and backhauls and made an

additional 3 million to the bottom line 1998.
