Halliburton Baroid Drilling Fluids 3 year contract (2009-2012). Joint
contract with Nobel Drilling for the Ensco 8501 and Ensco 8502 deepwater
rigs was the first shared service contract of this type in the GOM
resulting in a $500,000 savings over the life of the drilling fluids
contract.
. Developed formal sealed bid process and associated ITT documents with
proper sign off approval process by proponents prior to contract award
where no process had existed. This was important from an audit
standpoint, gaining proper approvals for budget expenditures and keeping
the process transparent.
