As the HSE Training Manager for the countries of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, my responsibilities include and are not
limited to: the supervision of 163 technicians, 4 individualized departments and 11 trainers. At my hire, I organized,
updated, and then created an internal training system database to proficiently track company employees and its associates.
My implementation of safety regulations attributed to 1.3 million man-hours, free of incident, saving the company on time
and loss of work. With the doubling of revenue at the regional facility, I have managed to stay within an allotted budget,
allowing the training department to relocate to a larger facility further meeting the added needs of clients.

Department of Defense School Bahrain Security Liaison
As the Security Liaison at the Department of Defense School Bahrain, my responsibilities include: (1) Providing all
aspects of Physical Security and Force Protection to the schools’ students, staff and visitors to include access control,
coordinating and managing security for all major events and required drills ensuing in an increased security posture that
provided a safe learning and working environment for everyone in attendance. (2)Document, track and issue
approximately 1800 Identification Cards, 350 Vehicle Access Passes and overhauled more than 800 visitor passes
efficiently maintaining the safety and security of the children at the school. (3)Instrumental in coordinating with our Host
Nation’s Police and Fire services, Naval Security Forces, NCIS, and Embassy personnel to ensure safety and security of
the school and its approximately 900 daily occupants all resulting in zero incidents. (4) Overseeing all field trips and
special events to include screening of each trip for various security concerns. (5)As the sole certified D.A.R.E. Officer in
Bahrain, I’ve educated more than 250 children on the benefits of a drug free life and the importance of good decision
making skills.

Admin and Supply Leading Petty Officer (LPO)
As Administrative and Supply Leading Petty Officer my responsibilities included: Reviewing processing and tracking all
correspondence for the Security Department, screening and ordering supplies. Supervised and mentored six personnel in
all aspects of administrative and supply skills such as record keeping, issuance of daily supplies, and purchases made
within and outside the Navy supply system. In addition, my qualification as the Command Duty Officer, I was
responsible for the safety and security of all US Navy assets, to include all NSE facilities, its over 3,000 Active Duty and
support personnel as well as civilian family members.
USS Abraham Lincoln July 2003 to December 2006
Assistant Brig Officer/Training LPO/Division LPO
As Assistant Brig Officer my responsibilities included: Assisting with indoctrination and training of all prisoners to
reintroduce them to society as reformed personnel who are ready to thrive in life. Ensured all brig guards were trained in
all aspects of their duties and responsibilities resulting in a very efficient work force ready to tackle adversity and
challenges brought to them in their daily operations. As leading Petty Officer for the Security Training Division
successfully established and integrated a new training program that ensured maximum training was conducted,
documented and retained by over 400 new personnel. As Security Department Leading Petty Officer evaluated work
performance for over 300 subordinates. Conducted formal and informal counseling, utilized numerous computer programs
to track a variety of data daily ensuring utmost accuracy in recordkeeping.
Naval Station Everett April 2000 to June 2003
Honor Guard LPO and Recycling Center Assistant LPO
As Honor Guard Leading Petty Officer my responsibilities included: Training more than 600 personnel in the customs,
traditions and requirements for carrying out funeral honors for 750 deceased veterans and active duty service members

resulting in numerous accolades and requests for knowledge. Coordinated, documented man hours and purchased all
supplies needed for the program to be a success. As Recycling Assistant Leading Petty Officer my duties included:
Overseeing recycling efforts totaling approximately 20,000 pounds of material resulting in over $6,000.00 of revenue.
These proceeds went directly back to the command’s Quality of Life programs resulting in increased morale at all levels
of the command.
