PRODUCT DATA MANAGEMENT

Executed timely, complete and efficient delivery of product data to manufacturing partners,

ensuring integrity of product data and engineering change management for up to eight products and three product lines. Created and routed Agile changes (ECOs, Deviations, NRCs) for review and approval.

Partnered with Marketing, Physical Design, Test Engineering and SBE/AME groups to build complete Agile product structure, including creation of BOMs for mechanical assemblies, PTO Models, bundles and other customer orderable items. Maintained integrity of the product structure during transition from new product introduction to production build. Updated and maintained the Oracle MRP database to support order management. Collaborated with Product Development and Supply Chain on the release and implementation of ECOs in house and at Contract Manufacturers.

Chaired CCB meetings for both sustaining products and new product introduction. Participated in

weekly multi-functional team meetings; reported on the status of ECOs and other changes.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Analyzed ECO approval process, identified bottlenecks and streamlined process to improve

efficiency.

Assisted in the solution design and implementation of efficiencies to internal Change Management

Department processes. Converting from paper to electronic ECO process reduced process time

from two weeks to five days.

Participated as member of cross-functional process improvement teams addressing CCB approval

and ECO implementation, resulting in ECO processing time being reduced to five days.

Developed and implemented the CCB charter increasing productivity in CCB meetings, resulting

in shorter and less frequent meetings.

Served as integral member of the Change Analyst Forum which met weekly to drive best practice

change management processes for global rollout.

Ensured compliance with TL9000 standards, and participated in internal and external ISO audits.

Served as member of the continuous improvement team which designed and executed a new layout for the production floor to save time and provide efficient processing of assemblies.
