Responsible for entering and updating all correspondence accurately in the Document management system. Oversees

design and construction documentation files and document logs. Produce as status reports on a regular basis and as

requested. Review and maintain of contractor Originated Project documents, such as number, title, revision, status,

etc.; Good working knowledge about airline. Identify and monitoring for any obsolete documents in use and checks for

its authorization of its use, if any. Identify and monitor for the appropriate records used and filled as per the process

requirement. Maintain the list of control document and records as appropriate. Coordinate with contractor and all

subcontractors for data transmission and smooth functioning of the projects. Prepare the Documents (Technical

Submittal, Drawing Submittal and samples to the client for approval and follow up. Ensure company compliance with

electronic document management Procedures including transmittal format, document numbering, properties, file sizes,

file formats, etc.
