OBJECTIVE: To better myself and my family by meeting and exceeding

personal goals in a new career/profession.

SUMMARY: I have often been promoted quickly in regards to my positions.

I moved into management at both my longterm employment positions. I

have received numerous bonus' in my current position as Associate

Manager, as well as my previous position as Furniture Manager with Big

Lots Corp. I have never had disciplinary action taken against me .

SKILLS: I often offer up new ideas that are acted upon, I organize to get

these ideas to fruitation. I take pride in what i do and manage my time as

well as my employees' time to get what's needed done in a timely fashion. I

prioritize to meet deadlines and finish what i start.

Furniture Manager for 6 years, promoted to Associate Manager for 4 years,

upon move to new facility. Responsible for all daily store operations, hold

store keys, safe and alarm combinations. Along with all cash handleing

procedures and safe contents. Employee time management, e-mails and

display changes.

Hickory Plaza January 2003- May 05

Nashville, TN.

Night Stock Crew for 8 months, promoted to Night /Grocery Manager upon

the position becoming available. Stock and price changing. Responsible for

overnight stock team, held store keys and safe combinations. Ad price

changes and display changes .
