The Arc of North Carolina - Executive Director for The Arc of Durham,
November 1, 2013-March 15, 2014.
Chief Operating Officer for non-profit agency serving individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities. Hired, trained and supervised staff, secured grants and governmental funds for services,
wrote and managed agency budgets. Served as community advocate, developed partnerships with other
agencies and businesses, organized and coordinated fund-raising and supported the Board of Directors.
Helped with development of administrative merger with The Arc of Durham and the state chapter.
