I have held a variety of key positions within the construction industry
including Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Site Supervisor. In
these roles I have worked extensively in numerous construction projects
within Southern Ontario. These dynamic projects had short and critical
schedules that involved continuous scope modifications to meet the clients'
changing needs. I was able to translate these changes into finished
products that met or exceeded the client's expectations. In my various

Site Supervisor (February 2011 to February 2015).
Responsibilities include coordination of labourers, sub-contractors,
site safety, hands on supervision, building layout, construction
administration, daily reports. Completed various projects within
Southern Ontario including 100,000 sq.ft warehouse addition, interior
renovation on multiple projects at General Hospital in Hamilton
Ontario, renovation and new additions to the Hamilton Wentworth
District School Board.
STF Construction
Site Supervisor (January 2009 to February 2011).
Responsibilities included supervision and coordination of all aspects
of on site construction including coordination of on site staff and
sub contractors. Position included hands on work, site surveying, site
safety, enforcement of warranties, deficiency clean-up, and project
close-out documents.
Lanca Contracting
Site Supervisor (October 2007 to November 2008).
Responsibilities include coordination of all aspects of on site
construction including coordination of on site staff and sub
contractors. Position included hands on work; site surveying, building
layout, exterior and interior millwork to completion of projects.

Assistant Site Supervisor (July 2005 to October 2007)
Responsibilities included coordination of labourers, sub-contractors,
site safety. Hands on supervision included, building layout,
construction administration, daily reports. Completed various projects
within Southern Ontario including, 5 story 60 unit condominium in
Stratford, Ontario, 11 Story 20 unit condominium in Hamilton Ontario,
retro-fits to existing buildings, replacement of rail road tracks in
Hamilton Ontario.

Project Coordinator / Project Manager (October 2004 to July 2005)
Responsibilities included coordination of all restoration jobs,
supervision of internal staff and sub-contractors, negotiating
contracts, project scheduling, cost control, feasibility studies.
Majority of jobs completed within the Greater Toronto Area.

Construction Manager / Site Supervision (May 2004 to September 2004).
(Contract Position)
New construction project which included an eight bay car wash, new
parking lot and development of future buildings. Daily duties involved
construction planning, estimating, tendering sub-contractors, hands on
site supervision, surveying, building layout, civil and electrical
layouts, daily reports, safety meetings.
Racon Engineering Inc
Construction Site Supervisor (February 2004 to June 2004) (Contract
Position)
10,000 sq.ft., renovation of existing building. Duties included
supervision of all contractors and trades on site, coordination of all
deliveries, project scheduling, building tie-ins and shutdowns,
locates and layouts of structural steel, electrical, and mechanical
systems, daily reports, safety meetings.
McMaster University
Project Manager (January 2002 to December 2003). (Contract Position)
Responsibilities included Project Management of construction projects
at the university, contract document management, cost analysis, cost
tracking, project scheduling, request for proposals (RFP), tendering
(contractors, geotechnical consultants, cost consultants,
commissioning consultants) and supervision of construction and
contractors. Completed various projects ranging in cost from 8.6
million to 10 thousand dollars. Projects completed included a 42,000
sq.ft. Addition to an existing building, renovations to a laser
laboratory, design-build projects with temporary lecture halls to
accommodate 200 students, and miscellaneous projects completed on
University property.
MHPM Project Managers Inc
Construction Coordinator (January 2001 to December 2001).
Duties included office and on-site supervision of staff and sub-
contractors, assisting the project managers in the delivery of
projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities subcontractor
management, contract document management, project scheduling, cost
tracking, change management, feasibility studies, estimating.
Losani Homes & Scarlett Homes
Site Supervisor & Assistant Site Supervisor ( May 1998 to December
2000).
Duties included, scheduling of all contractors for new construction
and service department for all after sales service work, inspections
on all construction aspects, completion of closing and completing
final inspections with homeowners. Use of AutoCad and Estimating.
