results of improved Profitability in the Tennessee Facility
and improved Quality and Team Member morale in the Texas and
North Carolina Facilities. Profitability improved 47% and
Team Member Turnover was reduced from 56% to 42%; both within
one year. Continuously groomed Team Members for promotional

Texas facility was only one of eighteen facilities to
