Title: Promotional and operational strategies of Honda Dream vehicles at JSP automotives.

Objective:

1. Assist in creating a promotional strategy to increase the sales of Honda two wheeler vehicles.

2. Assist in developing an operational strategy to fulfill these sales and increase customer satisfaction

My role and learning:

1. As a trainee my role was multifunctional which is marketing and operational role

2. To promote the vehicle I was involved in creating print media (postures) to create an awareness as

the top of the mind recall among customers

3. Take surveys to understand the customer’s perception about the product.

4. As an operations trainee, I was also responsible to take care of inventory inward/outward

movement for promotional activities

5. Assist order booking team to book orders generated through promotional activities and full the

orders

6. As a trainee my learning was enriching in terms of understanding promotional as well as operations

of the showroom
