Completed all necessary application and permits to start Rallie Logistics as a

trucking company on 9/17, including DOT, MC, CA MCP, City Permit, Port

agreements,…etc

Set up dispatching system by using ZOHO Creator software.

Responsible for driver hiring, truck purchasing.

Start Rallie 1st commercial delivery on 9/17 2014.

business in Juarez Plant, Mexico.

cost reduced by $698K per month from Sep '07 to Dec. '07 through this project.

Worked as Project administrator for weekly Executive Steering Project Team.

Coordinate budget for '08 and define improvement plan for 2008.

Supply Chain Manager

5/2004 - 10/2007 Foxconn (Q-Edge Corporation), Houston TX, El Paso, TX

Started a new factory in Juarez, Mexico (Computer manufacturing) in 2004.

Responsible for overall supply chain to support the factory, including logistics (Traffic

and Customs), purchasing, warehouse and production planning. Total over 240

members were working in my group.

Won customer's best supplier award 2 years (2004 to 2005) in a row.

Managed Supply Chain group to support daily production of over 12,000

computers.

Worked with NA Supply Chain team to establish VMI HUB in Juarez MX in year of

2005.

Successfully introduced various business models into the same plant, such as BTO,

CTO, and BTS.

Set up and reviewed KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for each sub-team reported

to me, for example, on time delivery for carriers, days of inventory, inventory accuracy.

Reduced raw material inventory from over 50 million USD down to 35 million USD in

2007.

Improved inventory accuracy from 97% to 99.5% for high value material in 2007.

Negotiate with carriers and reduced freight cost by $8K (10%) per month in 2007.

Negotiate with suppliers and reduced material price by $9.9K per month in Sept.

2007.

Production Planning Manager

Master Planner for 2 factories in USA. One in CA and one in Indiana.

Scheduling delivery (Personal Computer and sub-assembly) based on inventory

Supervising planners to schedule daily production based on customer orders to
