Worked as a consultant to ATT Research Labs on data extracting, loading, and reporting for
A T&T Mobility, Calling Card, and integrated equipment planning projects. Extracted data
f rom Teradata and IBM data sources into Oracle 11g2 database and MS SQL Server, and
generated reports using Oracle SQL/PL and A&T Raptor report engine. Used Toad from
Quest Software to create stored procedures, sqlplus to run batch sql statements, and sqlldr
to load large amounts of data into Oracle. Used sqlcmd and bcp to automate data loading
i nto SQL Server. Wrote Unix Shell and AWK scripts to process and analyze data.

Managed an outsourced team to implement a high available, fault tolerant, and scalable
service-enabler multi-lingual web system to provide audio, video, and software updates to
t housands of vehicles via 3G or WIFI wireless connections i n a telematics application . The
system is Linux based with Java SSH2 ( JAVA/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts2)
f ramework. Other software components include Terracotta, MySql, shared file system, CDN
(Content Delivery Network), and SSL (Secure Socket Layer). I ntegrated i n 1Q2012 w ith
another PHP based web system using Jersey RESTful Web Services. Developed the
business/technical requirements, designed the system architecture, r eviewed test cases and
conducted acceptance testing on the system. Used phpMyAdmin to do database
management on MySql database.
I nt roduced a holistic product control process with the open source application software
Redmine. Designed and instructed the t raining classes . Extensive use of Excel, data
aggregation and referencing across different data sheets, in managing cost and resources on
a government sponsored project.
Setup vir tual machines using VMware ESXi and evaluated several public and private cloud
