Role: Assistant Production Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Production Planning keeping in view of market demand and availability of

raw material and packaging materials.

• Implementing the company’s quality policy and ensuring costs are under

control

• Managing the production shop floor without any IR issues.

• Updating and Monitoring of supervisors, technicians and operators.

• Ensure the quality of product at all levels and take corrective action in case of

deviations.

parceling machines.

Project 1: FIVE STAR HOTEL PROJECT.

Role: Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Erection, Testing and Commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary

System, Fire fighting and Smoke detection system, Sewage and effluent

Treatment plant, Elevators, Fresh and Exhaust air System, 11/33KV Sub-

station, 1000KVA Transformers, 500KV D.G. Set.

• To solve the technical doubts, drawing clarification in the site.

• Preparing the Individual service drawing for public area & Implement the

same in all service like A.C. ducting, interior lighting conduits, fire fighting

pipes, etc.

• Arranging Temporary Power Supply from Electricity Board.

• Other site maintenance like 160 KV D.G. set, Electrical pumps, general

lighting installation for site purpose.

• Assisting the Chief Engineer in over seeing the different contracting

companies for quality of workmanship, time schedule and other involving

erection of all service equipment in the upcoming 220 rooms Star rated

Hotel.

• Liaison with Government local bodies such as TNEB, MMDA, MMWSSB,

Traffic Department, Fire Department, Chennai Corporation, Highways

Department, Pollution Control Board, etc., for getting necessary approval for

Hotel Project & Commercial complex-cum-NRI Apartment.

• Arranging meeting and Inspection of Site with Government Officials.

Project 2: COMMERCIAL COMPLEX CUM NRI SERVICE

APARTMENT (Ten storied building)

Role: Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Erection, testing & Commissioning of split Air-conditions, elevator,

Plumbing & sanitary system, fire fighting & smoke detection system, Fresh

& Exhaust air system, 500 KVA Transformer – 4 Nos. LT & Change over

Panel Board.

• Getting sanction with Electricity Board for Individual Power supply (Low

Tension) and approval from Chief Electrical Inspector of Government

(CEIG).

Project 3: ANAND REGENCY,(Three Star Hotel). Rajahmundry (A.P.)

Commissioned in the year of 1994.

Role: Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Erection, Testing & commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary system,

fire fighting & smoke detection system and Elevators.

• Project Co-ordination with Service Consultant and follow-up with other

Service contractors.

• In this project overseeing the Hotel service contractor companies for quality

of workmanship, Time Schedule, design & scrutiny of bills.

• Preparing Bar Chart getting drawing approval with service consultant as per

site condition.

• Daily Review meeting with Service Contractor Engineers.

• Assisting the General Manager (Project) in Over seeing the Hotel Project.

III . M/s. Aditya Mecon Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Chennai. (Mar 2000 to Nov 2001)

Role: Mechanical Engineer (Bulk material handling equipment system)

Responsibilities:

• Project handled at Chennai Port Trust for erection, testing and

commissioning of Long Travel Mechanism for 6 Nos. 10/13 MT, Electric

Wharf Crane and rectification of Hitachi Container crane.

• Operation & Maintenance of 10/13 MT Electric Wharf Crane at

Visakhapatnam Port Trust.

• Project handling at Chennai Port Trust for erection, testing and

commissioning of 20Ton level luffing crane for M/s SOUTH INDIA

CORPORATION (AGENCIES) LTD.

• Complete responsibility of the erection, testing, commissioning and

maintenance of boilers, turbines, rotary, sewage treatment plant and high

1 Forecast Production Planning according to atmospheric weather view of

2 MRP Planning for Import semi finished product.

wise ( Product Construction Wise)

4 Sub-contract follow-up for semi finished and ensure the quality of product at

all levels.

5 Capacity planning for work center as per semi finished Import material.

• Joined this property with 141 rooms, swimming pool,Spa,5 banqueting and

meeting.

• Headed complete renovation of the hotel into a ultramodern outfit providing

with world class amenities and facilities.

• Handled the Erection, Testing & commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing &

Sanitary system, swimming pool, fire fighting & smoke detection system and

Elevators.
