methodology. There were three main areas to be developed and tested. Data conversion of the legacy

data to the new system database. Integration with other systems using web services and direct access to

the DB. Finally, the application UI was designed to replace existing applications for entering item

information into the system. ITSA is a web based application that aims at converting original values from

legacy systems into ITSA for all current items and set up new items

Highland data model. Highland supports synchronization for multiple users in a single database.
