Piping inspection as per the project specification, International codes and

standard.

Welding inspection of pipe joints as per international standards.

Monitoring of daily fit-up and welding reports.

Raising of surveillance and NCR incase of any deviation from project

specifications during each phase of construction activities.

Test package preparation, preparation of as built drawings according to site

requirements.

Package wise line checking and punch listing.

Punch closing and getting approval from client to release the package for

pressure testing.

Witnessing of pressure testing.

Inspection in shop pipe spool fabrication and implementing spool identification

systems.

Performing activities as per Inspection Test Plan and Method of Statement.

For various activities involved in the construction of petrochemical plant as

per project specification, relevant international standards and getting

approvals from the client.

Familiar with material inspection, dimensional check and documentation as

per project specification.

Coordinating with client inspection department at various stages of fabrication

and erection activities and getting approval.

Witnessing of Hydro test/services test/Leak test/and Pneumatic test.

Inspection of reinstated pipelines after hydro test and getting approval from

client.

Knowledge about the piping project requirement.

Arranging system walk through with client for final system punches and it’s

closing as per client requirements.
