Objective:

To become a member of the Butler Toyota-Scion Team in the Service Department. I feel that my positive

attitude, willingness to adapt to an ever evolving market and experience working in Automotive Service will

provide a solid foundation to support me while continuing t o learn and grow in this field.

Experience and Knowledge:

Greet customers, decipher and write up vehicle desired service requirements, noting concerns/complaints

they might have noticed since their last visit. Input this information into the scheduling program, ADP or

Reynolds & Reynolds automotive software, and track progress of the service or repair keeping the customer

updated with recommendations, cost, status and completion of work. Dispatch repair/maintenance

requirements to technicians based on individual skills, abilities and current workload. Work with

aftermarket service contract companies to verify coverage and submit claims for payment.

I have performed the duties of cashier, shuttle driver, vehicle porter and other duties as required in su pport of

departmental success.

I have worked for 16 years in the Automotive Service Field, supported by experience as an industrial tools

salesman and as a mechanic, which gives me an extensive background of experience to bring to your

company.

Associate of Applied Science – Lincoln Technical Institute 1987

Machine Tool Technology Certification – IVY Tech 1980
