. 2003-2014, I worked in Training & Development areas with American
Training Missions to Congo Brazzaville as an Interpreter, English-
French,(Seminars organized by: US Department of Defense, USA Defense
Institute for Medical Operations, USA Defense Institute of
International Legal Studies, US Africa Command, The California-based
Center for Civil-Military Relations-Monterey, Atlanta-based Center for
Disease Control): my contributions allowed instructors to effectively
deliver the intended message, and that experience had helped enhance
my skills in Training/Learning and Development approaches, using
PowerPoint.
. 2014, October 06-07&10, Rapporteur for International REDD+ Capacity
Building Workshops, organized by The International Union for
Conservation of Nature (IUCN, based in Switzerland with an office in
Washington DC): I produced a 16-page report which epitomized the big
picture of workshops on the Congo Basin. The document will serve,
inter alia, as a reference for prospective strategic development,
namely to prepare for the 2015 Conference in France.
. Implementing member (Congo Brazzaville Fulbright Alumni Association)
of the public school Environment Cleanup Project, in Brazzaville,
funded by US State Department Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund
(10 000 dollars)
. 2012-2014, I worked on a consultant basis for the Japanese
International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in a community project which
is being implemented in Pointe Noire (economic capital city of the
Congo) by Fisheries Engineering Co. Ltd headquartered in Tokyo. That
opportunity had allowed me to learn and sharpen skills in project
management and in facilitating with multi-level stakeholders. In that
cooperation and diplomatic project, I mainly acted as a facilitator by
explaining the project components and stages to all stakeholders both
at the official and at the community levels, prepared multifold
logistics and produced reports in English and French for Congolese
Government and JICA approvals. The purpose of the project is to
enhance the value chain of artisanal fishery in order to yield good
quality products in abundance and meet the needs in food supply.
