March 2013 Employed FT as a Security Guard for a large 6+mile, prestigious guard-gated VIP
community in Fountain Hills, AZ. Duties: Monitor from within the Gate House all in-
and-out traffic of guests and residents. Secure the premise days and nights, patrolling
the grounds both on foot and in vehicles. I answer all calls from residents, both personal
requests and neighbor incident reports. I write out speeding & parking tickets monitored
with a radar gun, and keep daily/nightly records on file of all activities happening within
the community. Heavy use of two-way radios, communications, & computer work,
escort emergency vehicles to/from, secure security checklist, & lifting of 50+ lbs or more.

December 2011 Employed as a Parts Handler in the Materials Management Div. for Domestic,
International & Hazardous / Radioactive parts. I ran shift-crews as Crew Chief,
ensuring that operations ran smoothly and accordingly between employee’s shifts &
aircraft operations. This demanded familiarization throughout the entire Chicago ORD
airport & the internal computer networks. I also worked in the Automotive Dept. when
necessary, handling their parts.
I supplied, rotated, re-ordered, & tracked various aircraft parts, keeping stockrooms fully
stocked at all times. I maintained up-to-date files for shelf life on a daily basis, suppling
order numbers (PO’s / RO’s) & auditing on a daily basis – handling requisitions &
purchase orders. I dealt with warrantee parts, quarantine parts, & electrical static parts
(ESDS), recording thorough notes on all parts I tested before issuing these parts to proper
divisions, along with surviving FAA auditing & meeting with FAA Inspectors regarding
the operations, procedures & containment of aircraft materials, never once being fined.
I work closely with aircraft planners, checking / moving / receiving parts to be ready to
handle at a moment’s notice, and I was accountable for checking in / checking out aircraft
parts, moving parts from station-to-station system wide & internationally, consistently
securing work area with in/out flow of employees, parts, equipment & packages.
I packaged parts appropriately, prepared all paperwork, communicated Domestically &
Internationally. I followed procedures thoroughly, checking signatures & following
Government FAA guidelines as directed.
Numerous other responsibilities: I searched field for aircraft parts needed to get AA off
ground & running; filled-in &/or trained other Parts Handlers from other divisions,
covering all aircraft departments within American Airlines; loan & borrow documents
for other airlines; attend daily, weekly & monthly meetings with aircraft maintenance
managers & Crew Chiefs, operate a forklift daily; act as auditor, accountable for all
parts; off-load & on-load aircraft engines from trucks, & ground-to-air transporter.

Outstanding and Reliable Teamwork at AA, & successfully completed several mandatory
computer training classes. I survived many changes within Management over 20 years.
