Springs Resort 1998 - 2013

Kokanee Springs is the original Kootenay destination golf resort. Along

with the championship 18 hole golf course, the 750 acre property includes 2

lodges, 4 cottages, a 12-unit villa, clubhouse with restaurant, halfway

Kiosk, banquet facilities, meeting rooms, golf shop, beach and leisure

facilities. My role included the following responsibilities:

. Oversee 3 outlets, including catering and 40 staff

1. Clubhouse full service restaurant, 66 seats

2. Patio deck, 66 seats

3. 10th tee kiosk 30,000 rounds)

4. Meeting room and banquet catering

5. On course beverage services

6. In room and off site catering

. Manage all aspects of service delivery for the resort

. Work with GM and Vice President to design and implement $750.K operating

budget

Responsible for all related food and beverage duties including staffing and

promotions of this year around resort located in the tourist town of Bragg

Creek. Winter operations consisted of cafeteria and lounge and on course

functions, booking groups and planned events as well as planned menus and

packages. The summer golf operations included tournaments and banquets

operations of the lounge and full service restaurant concessions and

beverage cart.
