* Quality control department. .

* Knowledge about all Quality instrument like

CMM, Roundness tester, Roughness tester, Hardness tester, Tesa

Height gauge, Profile projector, VSPC

* Track production, Quality, Scrap and Safety.

* Interaction with Internal/External Customer for delivery /OEMs.

* Ensure Equipment available and capable.

* Help in ensuring TS and ISO 14001 systems in Quality.

* Implement changes / MCR System.

* Monitoring and coaching of Team members.

* Lead Kaizen / Improvement / Cost reduction projects.

* Corrective action in case of process out of control. (Reaction plan,

CAR response).

* Help in Preventive/Predictive maintenance/ break down maintenance.

* Mechanical Spare Parts Management and Tracking.

* Perform process capability/Calibration study as per plan.

* Participate NC review process and reduction in rejection trend.

* Perform in-house and outside rework of turbochargers.

* Development of new fixture tools and gauges.

* Process improvements to avoid rejection.

Technical Qualification:-

* Diploma Mechanical from KSOU

* ITI with fitter trade from M.T.I.T.C chhenapadi Keonjhar, Odisha.

* Certificate Course in Advance Machining (CCAM) from C.T.T.C BBSR.

ITI & CCAM (Course Includes):-

* Knowledge about all type measuring instrument.

* Practical knowledge in CNC MILLING, TURNING & GRINDING.

* Conventional MILLING, TURNING & GRINDING.

* CNC Programming in MILLING & TURNING etc.
