Vice President, Special Assets Officer. My current portfolio is $40MM
with 105 accounts. All accounts are managed to payoff, settlement, note
sale or rehabilitation/upgrade.
Custer Bancorp; 2009 to 2011: Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager.
On contract with Bank of Choice as a Loan Workout Specialist. I had a
working portfolio of between $15MM and $20MM in loans. In 2011 handled all
Special Assets for First State Bank of Colorado (owned by Custer Bancorp).

FirsTier Bank; 2008 to 2009: Vice President, Special Assets Manager.
Duties: In addition to the similar responsibilities performed at Heritage
Bank I was also responsible for the Central Loan Operations Department
including document preparation and systems.
Heritage Bank; 2004 to 2007: Manager, Special Assets. Duties:
Responsible for collection of all 60 day-plus past due commercial and
consumer accounts and workout of problem credits. Worked successfully with
all lenders and Operations Managers to train and coach on collection of
past due accounts. Performed loan reviews and recommended grade changes
when appropriate. Responsible for managing all serious problem accounts and
assignment/follow-up for legal action, foreclosure, repossession,
liquidation of collateral, and assignment and tracking of post charge- off
collections. Significantly minimized losses to the bank through prompt

company involved in Bank Consulting, retail vending operations, special
financing (sub-prime) with auto dealership, sales in the auto and RV

Western Mortgage Loan Corp/United Savings; 1987 to 1990: Regional Manager.
I supervised 6 mortgage loan production offices in three states. On my
recommendations, this Utah based company withdrew and closed its operations
in Colorado and New Mexico because they chose not to take pricing market
risk in order to be competitive. I was offered a position at their Utah

Great Western Financial Services/Aristar Mortgage Corp/Blazer Financial
Services, Divisions of Aristar, Inc. and Great Western; 1974 through 1978
and1980 through 1987: Vice President-Marketing, Mortgage Operations,
Consumer Finance Division, Aristar, Inc. I began my career as a field
representative with Blazer Financial Services and completed the Manager
training program in 1976. My first management assignment was in
Westminster, Colorado in June, 1976. I was promoted to management of the
largest branch in Colorado in January, 1977. After returning to Blazer in
1980 after working for Citicorp (shown below) I moved to Florida to be part
of a stand-alone mortgage lending division. After several promotions, I
became the Vice-President, Secondary Marketing and provided marketing
support and sales training for ten successful branch offices in Colorado,
Oklahoma, and Florida. After Great Western acquired Aristar, Inc. in 1983,
I moved back into the Consumer Finance Division as Vice President, Mortgage
Lending to support over 450 branches in developing portfolio mortgage
loans. This was a highly successful endeavor that included a formal
incentive program, newsletter, and on-site training of field personnel.
Citicorp Person-to-Person; 1978 to 1980: Account Manager-Indirect.
Starting as an Account Executive (personal lender) I was promoted to
Account Manager-Indirect. I was responsible for developing and managing
indirect business from RV, Marine, and Land-Mobile Home dealers in two
states. I left my employment with Citicorp to return to a great
opportunity with Aristar, Inc. in Florida.
