Client: Total E&P Nigeria Limited (TEPNG).
Responsibilities
• Ensure that the statutory safety regulations on site are implemented
• Conduct daily inspection of work site including confine spaces for
potential hazards before workers are permitted to go in and work
Conduct extensive risk assessment analysis together with the construction
•
team for every high risk task prior to commencement of the task and
ensured every member of the team understood it.
Ensure that all machinery and equipment have the relevant and valid
•
certifications
Ensure workers compliance to safety Work-Based-Tools (WBT) such as
•
PTW (Permit to Work) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis)
Perform inspection and documentation of tools and equipment to ensure
•
integrity of tools and equipment before use
Ensure workers comply with the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective

Equipment)
Provide management with information needed to make decisions about

personnel safety and training requirement
