• Processed all Life Insurance Claims and all other death benefits to beneficiaries.

• Initiated and implemented a paperless loan benefit for employees, which reduced lead

time for loan processing by three to four weeks. Negotiated with Plan Record Keeper to

keep Record Keeping Fees the same for the next three years. Actual cost savings came

new feature in Plan.
