• Promoted to lease operator in 1983 Eunice, NM area. Responsible for 45 pumping wells
and 10 plunger lift operated wells. Production was 1.2 MMcf/d. increased production to 1.5
MMcf/d during first six months through plunger lift optimization.
• Transferred to Maljamar NM area as lease operator, summer of 1987 to start new field in
the Bone Springs formation. Responsible for 7 flowing wells averaging 500 BOPD and 1.5
MMCFPD each.
• Total production for run was 15 MMCFPD, 5000 BOPD, and 350 BOWPD for 32 wells.
• Promoted to gang pusher in Eunice NM area fall of 1990. Area consisted of Odessa,
Andrews, Orla Texas, and Eunice in NM. Supervised company roustabout gang and one contract
roustabout gang. Production consisted of 850 wells at 10.5 MMcf/d, 600 BOPD and 1000
BOWPD. Formations consisted of Drinkard, Blinebary, and Granite Wash.

• Transferred as Gang Supervisor/ Production Foreman to the Hobbs N.M area in summer
of 1992. Area consisted of Hobbs, Lovington, Buckeye, Artesia, and Carlsbad NM and Orla in
Texas. Production was 1200 wells at 25 MMcf/d, 9500 BOPD with water production of 40,000
BOWPD. Formations were Drinkard, Blinebary and Devonian and Bone Spring.
• Supervised 17 lease operators, company roustabout gang and 2 contract roustabout gangs.
• Monitored 4 company operated SWD injection wells. Also had numerous ESP wells and
over 300 pumping units in area of responsibility.
