• Supervise lower enlisted personal during monthly reserve drills.

304th Public Affairs Detachment Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan
• Layout and Design Editor / Staff Writer and Photographer for Freedom Watch Afghanistan Magazine. Freedom Watch
Afghanistan Magazine was a 48-page monthly magazine with distribution of 20,000 copies within Afghanistan
and Washington DC.
• Utilized Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign for magazine layout and production. Supervised the monthly packaging and
distribution of the magazine to over 40 sites throughout Afghanistan and the United States.
• Responsible for all phases of magazine design.
U.S. Army Public Affairs Specialist 2007 to 2008
316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) LSA Anaconda, Iraq
• Staff Writer and Photographer for Anaconda Times. The Anaconda Times was a 16-page weekly newspaper with
distribution of 5,000 copies throughout Iraq.
• Required to produce 2 journalistic stories and 1 stand-alone photo per week.
• Assisted in newspaper packaging and distribution to 15 sites in Iraq.

Book Cover Design for Darker Passages by Mark Venturini
• Created this design from concept to pre-press production – managed design meetings, client collaborations
and final production.
Hope Haven Farm signage and way finding system
• Created concept for way-finding and signage to be used for touring attraction at Hope Haven Farm, an animal sanctuary.
