functions for the largest non-destructive testing company in North America.

across all businesses to improve performance, in a wide array of

manufacturing and service industries. Defined and implemented all aspects

Nestle Waters North America, 2004 - 2007

Director, Safety & Risk Management

Led the corporate Risk Management, Safety & Security functions for a $4

billion manufacturing, distribution, and delivery company. Participated in

Nestle's Safety Council, charting the strategy for a $75 billion global

food and nutrition company. Accomplishments:

. $5 million reduction in insurance costs/losses, with over a $1 billion

growth

. 80% reduction in lost work days and lost time injuries

. Re-engineered the claims function to establish a shared service.

Led Environmental, Health & Safety, Worker Compensation, and Security

Formulated EH&S service models unique to each business. Established

business unit strategies, set metrics, developed the full breadth of EH&S
