Major Projects:

Project Title: Monitoring and Control System of Fluid in Tanks.

Responsibility: In this project we offered a fully automated solution to the client

using Siemens PLC and HMI. My responsibility in this project was

to make BOQ, ensure quality output as per contractual terms and

conditions and manage man power and technical resources.

Project Title: Automatic Milk Dispensing System.

Responsibility: We provide an automated solution for more than 70 milk

dispensing machines. The purpose of these machines was to

reduce human error. My responsibility in this project was to make

BOQ arrange materials, man power, deliver quality output,

negotiate and deal with the client.

Project Title: PLC based counting system.

Responsibility: Core responsibilities were of assistance to program the Siemens

HMI KTP 177B and Siemens S7-1200 PLC with the help of TIA

portal by Siemens.

Project Title: PLC based level monitoring system.

Responsibility: Core responsibility was to program the sensor for level

measurement with the software assistance Ultra300 by Pepperl &

Fuchs and operate different outputs at various levels using

Moeller PLC.

Project Title: Installation and commissioning of top scan sensor by Pepperl &

Fuchs and smart scan safety sensor by Smart Scan.

Responsibility: Core responsibility was to program and teach the top scan sensor

on the main gates and smart scan safety sensor between

conveyors on a bottling machine in a proper execution.

Project Title: Installation and programming of ATS Panels.

Responsibility: Core responsibility was to program the Moeller PLC Easy820-DC-

RC and install the ATS panel for interchanging load from main

primary electric supply to generator in case of non-availability of

main supply and then shifting back of load to main when it gets

available. It includes wiring and total interlocking of

Telemacanique contactors, Finder relays, Puls power supply,

operating hours counter, CT’S and the energy meters PM750 of

Schneider Electric.

Project Title: Installation and programming of traffic lights.

Responsibility: Core responsibility was to program the Moeller PLC Easy819

according to the suggested different timings of every lane.

Project Title: Detection of steel nozzle in glass bottles.

Responsibility: Core responsibility was to install inductive sensor on a conveyor

belt to make sure that there is no steel nozzle present in the

bottle. Steel nozzle is used for filling the liquid in the glass bottle.

Project Title: Installation of Print Mark contrast Sensor.

Responsibility: Main responsibility was to install the print mark contrast sensors

DK12 of Pepperl & Fuchs on a packing machine and to ensure that

it is working according to the client's requirement.

Project Title: Installation and programming of Biscuit detection system in Cone

ice cream.

Responsibility: Main responsibility was to program the Siemens S7-1200 PLC and

installed the sensors in such a way that sensors detects and pass

the signal to PLC if cone comes in front of it without having biscuit

in it, after that PLC make the buzzer on just to alarm the machine

operator

Project Title: Programming of street lights switching in sequence and load

management with the real time clock of PLC.

Responsibility: Core responsibility was to program the Siemens S7-1200 PLC and

get the real time clock of PLC in synchronize with the desired

inputted time of client’s own choice which ensures that all load

will gets on at specific time after evening and then after 12am

night, load should not decreased abruptly but with the percentage

of 33%, 66% and then 100%

Project Title: Getting Real-time data of energy meters at server.

Responsibility: Main responsibility was to view and edit the real time data of

Schneider Electric energy meters at the nearest server with the

help of ION Enterprise software so that authorized user can easily

view the real time data and edit the parameters of meters.
