• Roles and responsibilities were to dispatch oilfield related equipment, billing, purchasing of safety equipment, and
the preparation of equipment for shipment.
• Other actions carried out were the creation of a safety program and inventory re-organization.
• Created a Database that replaced an outdated card system that was cumbersome and made dispatching tools
laborious. Seeing an opportunity to improve the process and increase efficiency, I developed this electronic
database that allowed completion of the dispatching process in less than 25% of the time needed with the card
system.

• Authored Platform Operating Procedure Manuals, SEMS compliance manuals, Work Packs for Construction
Projects, Chemical Exposure/PPE Selection Program, etc.
• Shutdown & start up of all process equipment modules on Offshore Production Facilities in the GoM.
• Work Packs included JSEA, Permit, LO/TO, P&ID, materials list, schematics, redlined drawings, job check off
list and progression charts.
• SEMS compliance manuals were introduced as a means of implementing the thirteen elements of API RP 75
which were designed to enhance the safety and cleanliness of operations and reducing the frequency and severity
of accidents in the Gulf of Mexico. This task was taken on prior to SEMS being mandated.
