Update operations procedures to include washes that would
increase yields by 1% resulting in a $500 increase per
batch, which represents $800,000 in sales.
Integral in record production years for the Aclon unit in
2013 and 2014, 5.2 MM lbs and 5.6 MM lbs, respectively.
Currently working on the implementation of a KPI sheet in
the Aclon Unit to later implement SPC to the unit.

it more organized and easier to understand the health of the
