• Negotiated new contract with sterilizer that resulted in $42K cost reduction for

2012.

• Outsourcing MAX1 subassembly which will result in standard cost reduction from

$64 to $42. $170K projected in annual savings as well as a direct labor reduction.

• Sourced new corrugate supplier - $16K in cost reductions as well as inventory

reduction due to new vendor’s willingness to hold inventory through kanban.

• Implemented vendor reduction program for 2013 to consolidate vendor base by

20%, strengthening purchasing power with existing vendors.

• Found a new source for an otherwise obsolete raw material in Asia, preventing a
