Ensure all Federal, State, and Post Policies are enforced. Work closely with Chief of Police, Director of Emergency
Services and the COTR. I did Platform teaching to numerous candidates for hiring and training purposes. The classes
were approximately 4 weeks long each time. I taught all different aspects of Security, armed and unarmed defense,
certified employees in OC Spray, handcuffs, weapons(pistols and shotguns), and expandable batons. Complied with
all contract obligations and ensured guards are current on all certifications. Ensured all government building were safe
and secure. Worked closely with DA Police on a daily basis. We assisted in RAMP’s and many other operations. I
personally trained all the guards I hired. I did all scheduling, payroll, ordered all needed supplies, maintained
buildings and grounds. I have an active Secret Clearance. I have no Felonies, I lead approximately 15 – 17 guards at
