- Revised and implemented several innovative programs which resulted in a cost savings of 15%

over previous methods through man-hour reductions and increased productivity by 25%.

increased response to company requirements, reduced production backlogs and improved supply

support, saving an estimated 10% of a 5 million dollar annual budget.

- Coordinated and planned short and long term production efforts for over 500 employees,

- During 1999 State Health Department Survey, received zero discrepancies for the

Environmental Services Department.

- Took over a facility having received several "G" level discrepancies and one "A" Citation from

the Department of Health and turned around the facility programs to pass re-certification.

- Took over a facility with personnel problems and lack of management, in first year made all

required clinical and administrative requirements, meeting all clinical indicators and exceeding

budget requirements.

- Had nine Department of Health CMS annual surveys, one federal survey and Operation

Guardian inspection resulting in very low discrepancy numbers and no sub-standard level of care

issues.

- Selected to participate as one of the team to train and evaluate the new time keeping and

scheduling system for the entire company.

- Brought the last facility census from the low 140’s to the present census of 170 of 171 beds.

- Reduced staff call-offs by 30%.

- Last survey resulted in 5 minor deficiencies.

I am well versed in computers and in most programs both personal and business. I have been the
