As a Rig Safety Training Coordinator I worked as drilling company safety
representative and analyzed many types of work environments and work
p rocedures. I inspected workplaces for adherence to regulations on safety, health,
and the environment. I observed the work that is taking place and offered
suggestions for the workers to find better body positions to lessen the chance of an
occupational injury. I reported daily on work activities and empowered the workers
to do the right thing when it comes to work safety. I monitored atmospheric
conditions for all hot work to take place. I monitored housekeeping of work areas
and recommended where extra attention needs to take place. I worked very hard to
keep the work area INC free by using BSEE, U.S Coast Guard, Alaska Department
of Environmental Conservation and client safety regulations as a minimum
guideline. I also designed programs to prevent disease or injury to workers and
damage to the environment. I gathered data and compiled results from Behavior
Based Safety programs. I represented my client on drilling rigs and have worked on

I performed daily surveillance of the well sites, tank batteries and compressors. I
a lso t roubleshot different issues and removed and replaced parts as required. I took
readings from panels, well casings, production casings, f lowing tubing pressure, gas
l ift rates, and shut in tubing pressures. I performed operator level maintenance
and repairs of compressors, pipeline pumps and monitored levels in atmospheric
t anks and pressure vessels. I also performed monthly well testing to obtain an

accurate BS&W for well allocation purposes. I performed semiannual SCSSV and
P lug tests on wells. I am able to use PLC and SCADA to assist in operating
offshore production platforms. I initiated permits for Hazardous Energy Control,
Hot Work and Minor Hot Work. I performed proper Lock Out Tag Outs and assisted
mechanical and instrumentation teams in repairs. I ensured proper safety
p rocedures are used while working on platforms I am responsible for. I served on
t he Prosafe Steering Team to improve, redesign and compile the results.
