Supply Chain Manager (2011 – 2014)

Supervised a team of five buyers/planners ensuring supply management processes and strategies were implemented to

meet cost, schedule, quality and delivery goals of parts distribution business areas.

• Utilized SAP data and Excel spreadsheets to develop and implement a material resource planning tool to facilitate purchasing actions of team members--reduced customer backorders by 78%, improved first fill rate from 94.4% to 96.5% and reduced inventory by 30%.
