The Home Depot-Rock Hill 2008-Current
• Morning Freight Team- For three years I had stocked merchandise in each department, Distributed incoming freight to appropriate departments. Would make sure that the store was clean and ready upon opening for customers. I would greet and assist customers in each department. Received several Homer Awards for continuously putting Customer's First and Outstanding Performance.
• Also I worked in other departments within Home Depot. One of the positions was a Bay Inventory Associate. My responsibilities to scan in my designated departments for open spots on shelf where stock needed to be filled by the department. I would also do daily price changes and Weekly Ad changes for sales. Organize shelves and make room for new merchandise. I had also received several Homer Awards and made it up to Bronze Awards for Customer Service Skills and Performance. I also worked in the Paint Department part time assisting customers with their paint orders and choosing the correct product or products for their projects.
Finiti Title LLC subsidiary of First American Mortgage 1997-2007
• Division/Project Manager- Oversee Teams handling various states for the processing of Title work for Citifinancial, Citigroup and Citifinancial Mortgage Corporation. Customer Service is our focus and to provide documents required to each branch in order for them to close their loans within the three day recision period. During my nine years with the company, I have also handled the processing of Appraisal requests, Title Searches and Mortgage Filing information. Other priorities that I completed were reports for Upper Management and attend committees that handled the policy and procedures for my department. Another task was to monitor phone call volumes and service levels to our client's requests. Handle accounting discrepancies for both vendor and client until resolved. I would perform Monthly One on One Reviews with my staff to go over their performance and possible training needs. Mentor my managers to move to the next level in their department.
Lender's Service Inc 1990-1997
• Regional Appraisal Manager- Oversee entire Appraisal Department, Distribute work promptly to staff and vendors. We would advise clients of appointment times for their inspections, follow up with staff on daily work due in to company. Process Appraiser statements and Market Value Disbutes. Assist with every Client call that came into office. Review Appraisals and hire new Appraisers for our Company Vendor Panel.
• Courthouse Runner and Customer Service Representative- Distribute work received from office to the Title Abstractor's for Baltimore City and Baltimore County. We receive, review and record Mortgage/ Deeds of trust for our Clients (Citifinancial). Assist Searches by gathering tax information from the individual offices for Title Reports completed. In the office I would answer incoming calls, filing documents, type in orders for clients that were received verbally or received via fax machine.
