Served as the institution’s Public Safety Department Manager, Emergency Manager, Incident Commander, Emergency Operations
Center Chair, Hazardous Materials Disposal Manager, OSH, and Clery Compliance Officer, covering 4 Campuses. Implemented the

Federal Contractor Compliance Oversight (07/2009 to 03/2014)
Institutionalized the first regional contractor compliance program encompassing 8 large facilities and 32 smaller facilities
(healthcare and office facilities), which includes fingerprinting, background investigations, identity card management, cost controls,
and pre-acquisition risk management packages. Fielded the first VA national personnel security program. Instituted the first
Continuity of Operations/Government program at the regional contracting level. Served on multiple national security task forces.

Developed and implemented the college curriculum for the criminal justice degree program.
